I am currently halfway through week three of working from home and social distancing here in Seattle, and I am not going to lie…I miss my family, my friends-that-are-family, and my work family. It is a good thing that my husband love each other, because spending 24/7 together would be pretty rough if we didn’t! While working from home, I personally feel like I need to follow a morning routine in order to get into “work mode.” I shower, put on a bit of makeup, and get dressed in what I would consider casual work clothes like jeans and a sweater. Today’s outfit is a great example of what I am wearing these days to work from home: this polka dot sweater is a recent find from H&M, and these white skinny jeans are yet another pair of the J Brand Alana cropped style that I love and own multiple pairs in different washes. To round out this look, I added ankle strap sandals and my timeless red crossbody bag, although in reality while working from home I am more likely to be wearing this pair of leopard print slippers.
