7 years ago, when I moved to Philadelphia for college, you better believe that I froze my little behind off. Of course the D.C. ‘burbs tend to get a little chilly, but I also relied on my car for everything and never really had to walk outside for more than a few minutes during winter. Not only was Philly pretty cold, but walking all up and down campus in the dead of winter was a wake up call: I need way warmer shoes.
I decided invest in my first pair of UGG® Australia boots that year, and it was probably one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I’m not going to lie, I kind of got stuck in an UGG boot/leggings/sorority sweatshirt uniform for class for the duration of winter. Not the most cutting edge look, but hey, it was college and I was insanely warm (and comfortable!)
I was super stoked to learn about the new UGG® Australia Classic Slim collection, and I knew I had to snag a pair. Goodbye, bulky UGGs and hello, sleek and grown up boots. I opted for the Bethany boot, which is ideal for weekend brunches, hiking trips, and any other fall/winter casual outing. It’s seriously the most comfortable and warm shoe I own, and is perfect to rock with a pair of jeans.
